How we work
Every course is delivered by experienced practitioners and built around the work your staff really do. We focus on prevention first, on lawful and proportionate responses, and on the safety and dignity of everyone involved.
Who delivers the training
Our trainers come from custodial backgrounds, which incorporate a range of care, social care, education and enforcement settings, where they worked in some of the most challenging environments there are.
John Khastar has more than two decades in the prison service, both operationally and as a trainer. He specialises in conflict resolution and is an experienced negotiator who has dealt with high-risk situations.
Thom has nearly 13 years' service, including a decade as a trainer. He was a specialist in personal safety and use of force.
What every delegate receives
Delegates who complete a course receive a Certificate of Completion. Most courses run for one day. Negotiation courses and our longer two and three-day physical intervention courses take more time.
